I submit

I've done it.
I've submitted my sample to Ibis which to any non IB people reading this, is not as dodgy as it sounds.

It was all very easy but you have to be prepared. Here are some tips / observations.

  • When you get your sample list prepare a folder for all the sampled work.
  • Make a 4ICSS for each student.
  • Make sure you have a gp4 project reflection from each.
  • Make sure you use the new, one sided form.
  • Add your comments to the moderator plus table of "best fit" scores onto the end of the student report, the pdf the whole thing.
  • If you have added comments in pdf then pdf again to fix the comments.
  • If you add word comments the pages will get quite narrow, maybe best to use call outs or text boxes.
  • After uploading to ibis (easy) go back to the place where you put in the IA marks. Now you can enter the criteria scores. The image above are my students scores.
  • There is a very small space for comments, not sure what you are supposed to put there, I wrote "see comments on students work".
