A3 topic revision sheets

Help students revise each topic

The revision sheets cover selected points from each topic to give students a useful overview and test their knowledge of the main aspects. The worksheets will also help students to identify areas which need extra revision and provide a set of concrete ideas to memorise after the lesson.

This revision sheet covers classification, natural selection and evolution as well as binomial nomenclature and cladistics.

The plenary revision activity is "Physical space memory race" - students have answers at one side of the room and questions at the other, and have to complete the answers a rapidly as possible using their memory. The dilemma is to decide how many answers to remember at a time.

.
