This is a link page to sub-pages, containing lesson plans and learning activities, which provide activities and lesson plans for the first Development unit, 4.7: Sustainable development.  This is a new unit for the IB economics but encompasses many of the concepts contained in the previous syllabus.  In the previous syllabus this unit would have included under 4.1: Economics development, though some of the concepts in this unit have been covered in units 2 and 3 - market failure and income inequality.

Typically each lesson plan includes resources to use on an interactive whiteboard and worksheets to print. The pages have full student access to give maximum flexibility to the teacher and the student.
