Manifestos are statements of political principle, and as such are almost inevitably Controversial Argument - there wouldn"t be too much point in a manifesto that proposed a programme that everyone thought was a statement of the obvious! I found this one on the internet (address below) at a site which seemed to have started with much enthusiasm in 2002, and then ...er... lapsed. The Home Page, however, has this ringing...
