IB English B: Cosmopolitans

Our students are studying the International Baccaulareate - but perhaps it should be called the Cosmopolitan Baccalaureate? It would make a difference, wouldn"t it? The term "international" refers to the practical, neutral ideas of the IB being "available everywhere", "applicable everywhere", and even "valid everywhere" in the sense of university entrance. But then there"s the issue of the IB"s emphasis on "internationalism"....
