The account manager receives notifications from InThinking concerning the following:

1. Dormant subscribers A dormant subscriber is a teacher who has not logged in to a site for which they have a teacher account for more than 3 months. The account manager will receive a notification about this after 3 months and again after 6 months.

2. Renewal reminders The account manager will receive renewal reminders 6 weeks and 2 week before a subscription expires, on the day it expires, and 2 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months after it has expired.

If you do not want to receive renewal reminders, uncheck the button under "Email notifications" at the bottom of the Account settings page:
