What challenges do you face in implementing the IB Diploma Programme?

IB workshops are a great opportunity to share good practice as well as common challenges and problems in implementing the IB. We can learn much from each other.

When leading IB workshops I often ask participants to write up a synopsis of issues and challenges they have had to face. These case studies then become a way of discussing how we implement the IB and learning from each other. We use the Case Study protocol described elsewhere on this site.

I have included a number of these case studies on this website so that we can share issues and their solutions. I will add further case studies as they arise.
