I have had a couple of notifications that the solutions websites that I made for the two IB text books published by Pearson have been taken down. It's a long story but when I made the sites Pearson didn't have anywhere to host them so I got the college IT manager to sneak them onto out colleges web server. That's why they had the rcnuwc URL. After a while Pearson developed their own web based resources and included the solutions sites. A couple of days ago the college closed down the domain rcnuwc.org and these sites disappeared. They are still on the Pearson site though. Not such a long story after all. Whilst on the subject of text books I have recently started re writing both of mine. So far it's been quite enjoyable but ask me again in 6 months.
