This was prompted by Jeremy Martin who probably wished he´d never asked when I sent him my answers to check. Lucky I did as he found quite a few calculation errors, I blame the lighting in my study.

It took me about 4 hours to do the whole thing. How on earth are students supposed to do it in a bit over half that time?
