IB Physics: Solutions

1. The energy density of wood is about 17 MJkg-1. The photo below shows a small piece from my wood pile with it"s dimensions. The next photo is of my woodpile. The main past of it is about 2m high and 2m wide. Each piece is 30cm long. Estimate the amount of energy, in kW hours, in this part of the woodpile. Solution
