Teach: Temperature and heat

AimstextConsiderationsThis follows on from the unanswered question in mechanics "where does the energy go?" Students know that work can be done against friction and KE is lost in inelastic collisions but have only been told that this goes to internal energy without knowing what that means. It might actually be better to leave these examples out until after thermal physics has been covered.
