Length contraction

The muon experiment leads nicely to the paradox: "How can there be 50 muons and more than 50 muons"? Which can only be answered if length contracts. I once has a student who wrote his EE on this experiment, its quite easy to measure muons using two Geiger tubes and an AND gate. He took his two GM tubes up to the cafe on snowdon (the highest plug socket in Wales) and almost got arrested.To derive the equation I consider...
