Hi, John, I posted a comment about student access earlier today, but I can't remember where to check for a response (end of the year senior moment), but it said my students have lost their student access as of today (May 25th), and I was wondering if that access expired or there is a glitch? Hi I'm new to teaching IB. Is there no room for Milgram or Zimbardo in SCLOA? Seems unusual to not have them as key studies being as they are such classics not only in social psychology but all of psychology

Dear Justin

In the current curriculum (if you have a one year SL class) you can teach them for the effects of dispositional and situational factors on behaviour.

For the new curriculum, I will teach them in my introductory unit so that we can discuss ethics. You might also want to teach them as an introduction to social psychology. It is true that they are more likely not very helpful for the exam - although if they had a question on ethical considerations in the sociocultural approach, you would be able to use them without a problem.
