Hi John,

For the Stroop IA, my students will have two conditions: congruent list and incongruent list. With the congruent list do students read the words (as you did in this sample) and then identify the color with the incongruent list?

OR do they identify the color in each condition?

Dear Chelsea

The test is usually done as described above. It is a test to look at automatic processing (reading) and a cognitive task (identifying the colour of the word).
