I enjoy it when the students run the class and I just get to watch. Running seminars is a great way to do this. It gives me a chance to see the level of understanding students have about a given topic and it is a great way to develop important communication skills. But how can we assess it without taking lots of notes or recording it to listen to later and struggle with a complex rubric? Below I outline the strategy...
