- Hi Gareth,You ask a good question. I think the IB has been inconsistent in changing Kc to K as it still uses Kw and Ka etc. elsewhere rather than just K (e.g. Kw in R.3.1.5 and Sections 1 & 2 of the data booklet and Ka, Kb, pKa and pKb...

- Hi Geoff,I have a question about the symbol for the equilibrium constant, which I think is K꜀. However, the new syllabus (Reactivity 2.3.2) just uses capital K. I notice your website and study guide still use K꜀, but the Pearson textbook...
- Omar, at DPIB level that would seem reasonable, since students are expected to know that temperature is related to the average translational kinetic energy of the particles, so at zero Kelvin (absolute zero) the particles are not moving.
