Remember the stink this paper caused in May? The petition with thousands of signatures, students crying then getting a 7. The lowest grade boundaries in the history of the universe. Well it´s the only past paper we have so I guess a lot of teachers will be using it as a mock exam. The mark scheme isn´t out yet so I made one

Having just done the paper myself I´d say that most of it was OK although there were a couple of tough ones. it was way to long though, loads of calculations and  a fair bit of messing with units. I think the marks allocated were a bit stingy too, I´d award about 8 more. If I was going to give this to my students I´d miss off the last question and add some more marks to the rest. Just a thought. Oh, and I´d make sure they knew the area and volume of a sphere. Just saying.
