- Hi Ren, There is no official time limit to the RWE but more recent RWEs tend to work better. For example, Biden's expansionary fiscal policy in US works better than Roosevelt's New Deal although they would both count as RWEs. Hope this helps,...

- Hi Coco, This is the method the IB uses in constructing a weighted price index. The % change in the weighted index is then used the calculate the rate of inflation - question (vi). Hope this helps, Alex
