7. The Bolshevik consolidation of power 1921 - 1924: Part 2

The Bolsheviks won the civil war, but as its forces moved towards victory the Kronstadt sailors rose in revolt. After the rising was crushed Lenin moved to consolidate control via the implementation of the New Economic Policy and a ban on factions. You will also explore in these activities how Soviet society developed in the post-civil war period up to the death of Lenin in 1924. What were the results of War Communism?
