I was having a look at the OCC forum and a post by Sonia Castro caught my eye, a quark building game. You don't build quarks of course, they are fundamental, you build baryons and mesons. I haven't tried all combinations but if you make triangles and hexagons without internal gaps then they exist. The game comes from quarknet and is supposed to be done on paper, I cut them up in Algodoo and made a digital version. You can see a demo below.
