Revision: Question 1a

Question 1a on Paper 3 is very basic. You need to identify the research method in the stimulus piece (1 mark) and then list two characteristics of the method. You do not link the method to the stimulus piece. Each distinct characteristic earns 1 mark. You do not need to write out a paragraph, but you may simply list two characteristics. It is a good idea to number them so that the examiner can see the distinction.
