IB English B: The tasks toolkit

Assuming that the concept categories in the PNCCPS framework ( see Literary study tasks ​) are our general teaching targets, how do we get the students to understand them, and to apply them as analytical principles in their reading? I suggest the following range of tasks as primary models of activities - i.e. things we ask our students to do so that they learn how to read methodically and intelligently.
